Description We are looking for a dependable Bookkeeper to support daily accounting activities and keep financial records accurate and up to date for this Contract position. Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, this role will handle core bookkeeping functions, contribute to reporting cycles, and help maintain organized financial documentation. Responsibilities:
β’ Record day-to-day financial activity and post entries that keep the general ledger current and accurate.
β’ Manage incoming and outgoing payments by overseeing both accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows.
β’ Compare bank, credit card, and related account activity against internal records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
