Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, manage bookkeeping tasks, and support office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires a strong understanding of QuickBooks and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.


Responsibilities:

β€’ Manage accounts payable and receivable processes using QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate and timely transactions.

β€’ Collaborate with an external accountant to coordinate tax-related activities and ensure compliance.

β€’ Process bi-monthly payroll for approximately 30 permanent employees and 100 local presidents.

β€’ Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
