About the Role



We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support our finance and accounting operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports to ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations.



Key Responsibilities



Record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of entries

Maintain and update general ledger accounts

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

Prepare basic financial reports and summaries

Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation of vouchers and receipts

Coordinate with internal departments for billing and liquidation concerns

Maintain organized filing system for accounting documents
