Location: Laconia, NH
Schedule: Part-Time, 20-30 hours per week (Onsite)
A well-established nonprofit organization in the Laconia area is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk to support its accounting and administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is comfortable working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate vendor records
+ Assist with light accounts receivable duties, including payment tracking and deposits
+ Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for daily accounting transactions
+ Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative support tasks
+ Maintain organized financial records and documentation
+ Provide general office support as needed
