This on-site opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident managing accounts payable activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced setting. The person in this role will collaborate closely with the accounting team, contribute across multiple financial functions through cross-training, and bring a proactive approach to learning new systems and improving workflow accuracy.


Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices each week while ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely completion.

• Perform three-way matching by verifying invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation before payment is released.
