About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Margao, Goa. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing bookkeeping functions for US-based clients and a strong working knowledge of Quick Books Online and/or Quick Books Desktop.
This role requires excellent accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting US accounting operations during business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for US-based clients.
Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and general ledger activities.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
