What you'll do:

• Manage bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
• Process AP/AR and perform bank & credit card reconciliations
• Maintain accurate books using QuickBooks Online and Xero
• Process vendor invoices through Bill.com
• Prepare month-end workpapers and support close activities
• Work closely with accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience supporting multiple clients
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience (required)
• Experience with Xero, Bill.com, and QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus
