THE ROLE

You’ll be the engine behind our day‑to‑day financials — processing, reconciling, submitting, and staying on top of everything in between. You’ll work directly with our Finance Manager and have real visibility across the business. We’re a lean team, which means your work genuinely matters and the people around you will know it.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Money In Process monthly invoices on Xero — EFT, debit orders, card payments — and follow up until everything is accounted for. Issue invoices for monthly rentals, ad hoc sales, and asset disposals. Keep the aged receivables report current and chase outstanding debtors proactively.
