Position Overview

            BOOKKEEPER

LYNNWOOD RIDGE, PRETORIA

R15 000 - R22 000 CTC P/M DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Minimum requirements: 

Matric and post matric qualification 

Minimum 3 - 5 years as a Bookkeeper 

Downloading bank statement from FNB, Capitec, Standard bank, Nedbank

Processing all sales and accrual Journals and Monthly Accruals

Maintenance of Fixed asset register

Loan Accounts reconciliations and allocations

Checking that credit card and Cheque account statement reconciles to ledger

Debtors Account Reconciliation

Maintain accuracy of General ledger accounts

Preparation of monthly management accounts Recons

Preparation of management Pack for Manager to review

Able to work on XERO

Year end audit request
