Rachel Miller is partnering with a company in the Rotterdam Area on a Part Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant role. The role primarily involves bookkeeping, administrative tasks, and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
β’ Assist in preparing end of month financial reports
β’ Handle accounts receivable and payable tasks
β’ Conduct credit card reconciliations
β’ Manage and maintain accurate customer credit records
β’ Handle administrative tasks as necessary
β’ Utilize software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and bookkeeping tasks
β’ Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer credit applications
β’ Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed
β’ Use skills such as account reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and month-end close procedures in day-to-day tasks
