Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Support the Retail Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
  • Lead and supervise casuals to ensure smooth retail operations and excellent customer service
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, credit card and digital payments, while ensuring accurate daily reconciliation
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and liaise with suppliers
  • Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports to support business decisions
  • Maintain accurate updates in POS and inventory systems
  • Support visual merchandising and retail campaigns to enhance store presentation and sales
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of retail operations experience
  • Familiar with POS systems, cashiering, and inventory management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills
