Client is seeking consulting services to assist with completing a priority project to migrate IBM Cognos reports to Microsoft Power BI, along with additional Power BI dashboard development work within the Enterprise Data Management and Analytics (EDMA) team.

Below are the core areas the consultant will work on:

The first priority is to migrate all production Cognos reports to Power BI. The Cognos reports are used to support data collections managed by the EDMA team and self-service reports supporting the organization. The consultant will be responsible for migrating Cognos reports by developing equivalent or enhanced Power BI dashboards.

All development work will follow established EDMA development practices and frameworks, organizational data governance policies, and meet ADA Title II compliance requirements.

Local candidates strongly preferred, but 100% remote is acceptable.
