We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account team. This role is open to high school graduates, including freshers with no prior BPO experience. Key Responsibilities:



Handle inquiries related to healthcare plans, coverage, and claims.

Assist customers in understanding benefits, authorizations, and provider information.

Provide accurate and timely responses through voice or non-voice channels (depending on assignment).

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare data.

Document all interactions accurately and comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.



Qualifications:
