We are looking for an experienced BPO Sales Trainer to join our team at Mars BPO. If you have trained CSRs, self closers, and verifiers, built scripts, and actually sat on the floor yourself – this role is for you.

Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO Sales Training is mandatory (any campaign — Medicare, Auto, ACA, or others — will be considered)
• Hands‑on experience training CSRs, self closers, and verifiers in a BPO environment
• Strong understanding of sales psychology and objection handling
• Ability to identify gaps in agent performance and fix them fast
• Someone who leads by example and earns respect on the floor
