We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in US Healthcare and Hospital Billing Audit to join our growing team!



Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of Team Leader experience in a BPO setup handling a US Healthcare account

• With hospital billing audit experience

• Must be amenable to onsite reporting in Ortigas

• Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule

• Experience using the EPIC platform is an advantage
