Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative functions:
β’ Receiving and processing cheque daily deposits, recording credits to client accounts and keeping clean records for audit
β’ Printing and mailing cheques
β’ Receiving and processing certificates deposits
β’ Monitoring petty cash
β’ Assist the Branch Administrator in monitoring and clearing up the compliance pending list
Branch functions:
β’ New account documentation
β’ Assist Branch Administrator with setups and tech support for branch personnel
β’ Back up to the Branch Administrator
β’ Additional duties as per assigned
Reception functions:
β’ Receive, greet and direct calls and clients
β’ Sort and distribute incoming mail
β’ Assist to coordinate branch and client meetings, set up boardrooms
β’ Accounts payable
β’ Order office and kitchen supplies and monitor inventory
