Branch Care Manager — Sale, Greater Manchester

Salary: Up to £40,000 (experience dependent) + £4,800 bonus potential + £1,000 guaranteed first-year bonus

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm (office based) + participation in on-call rota (£75/week allowance when on call)

This is a semi-established branch delivering over 440 hours of private care per week, with a supportive office team already in place: two Care Coordinators and a Field Care Supervisor.
