Position Overview
β’ Overall responsibility for branch operations and performance
β’ Ensure delivery of inspection and testing services in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
β’ Manage client relationships and support business development activities
β’ Control branch budgets, costs, and profitability
β’ Lead, supervise, and develop branch personnel
β’ Ensure effective implementation of quality, health, safety, and environmental systems
β’ Plan and monitor inspection and testing activities to meet contractual and operational requirements
β’ Review and approve technical reports and certification documents
β’ Liaise with clients, regulators, and accreditation bodies as required
β’ Ensure availability, maintenance, and calibration of equipment
β’ Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
