Job Description: Branch Manager

Location:Bryan / College Station

Description: The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of our Consumer Banking department. This leadership position requires you to oversee branch locations within your designated region, ensuring the development of your team, optimizing sales and performance, and ultimately contributing to the bank's success. You will serve as a mentor and motivator for branch managers and/or supervisors under your supervision, fostering a culture of excellence and customer service. Weekly 1on1s, daily huddles, monthly team meetings, quarterly regional team meetings will be required with all your direct reports and your larger team as instructed by your Regional Branch Manager or the Chief Consumer Banking Officer.
