About The Role

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Branch Manager to lead our team and take ownership of branch performance across the territory. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the business—building strong customer relationships, growing sales, and leading a high-performing team, all while championing a safe and positive workplace culture. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll have the autonomy to set the strategic direction for your branch while being backed by a company that genuinely values its people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own branch financial performance—setting and delivering on budgets, targets, and a clear business plan aligned with company strategy
• Analyse your territory to identify sales opportunities, run a systematic customer call cycle, and manage CRM reporting and pipeline accuracy
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop your branch team, setting the standard through hands‑on mentoring and training
