Job Description

• Responsible for marketing operations at the branch office. Oversees business development, profitability, and productivity of the branch
• Responsible for attaining the branch monthly target set by the Management
• Monitors daily production and loan releases to ensure the growth of the branch
• Plans, creates, and implements programs/processes for branch employees' clients

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four‑year business‑related course
• With work‑related experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations
• Required skills: leadership, problem‑solving, critical thinking, negotiating, presentation, communication, networking, and interpersonal
• A strategist, goal‑oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, and analytical
• Customer‑service oriented
• Has the ability to handle challenging situations
