Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations including Forex transactions, remittance, and cash handling

• Drive branch sales targets for Forex products and services

• Develop local business opportunities and build strong customer relationships

• Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve business and service goals

• Ensure adherence to RBI, AML, and KYC compliance norms

• Monitor branch performance, profitability, and operational efficiency

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively

• Prepare MIS reports, audits, and compliance documentation
