About the role
Reporting to the State General Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy Tasmanian branch. The core of the role is the workshop, keeping things moving, managing the team, staying on top of work in progress, and making sure customers are looked after properly.
It suits someone who is comfortable in a fast-moving environment, knows their way around a workshop, and has the people skills to lead a small team through the good days and the difficult ones.
