Under the supervision of the Regional Director, the duties and responsibilities of the Branch Manager include,

but are not limited to, the following:

 Direct the day-to-day activities of the Operations Managers

 Manage and grow provincial accounts

 Build and maintain relationships with key clients

 Assist Regional Director with revenue growth, employee and customer retention

 Respond to new customer sales requests and inquiries

 Manage existing customer service requests, inquiries and escalations

 Ability to provide support in managing employee or customer issues that Operations Managers may
