Job Summary
The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, student counseling, admissions, visa processing, team management, and business development activities for overseas education services. Key Responsibilities
Manage complete branch operations and ensure achievement of admission targets.
Lead and supervise counselors, visa officers, and support staff.
Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, scholarships, and visa requirements.
Handle end-to-end admission and visa processes.
Develop business through seminars, partnerships, referrals, and marketing activities.
Monitor lead conversion, student satisfaction, and branch performance.
