What will you do?

• As a branch manager, you will be responsible for growing the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass through developing and overseeing the execution of the retail branch strategy.
• Guiding, integrating, and standardising the activities, goals and objectives of various Sales Consultants in the branch, in line with the strategy.
• Leading a service delivery culture and eco‑system within and outside of the branch to enable an optimal client experience....
