Key Responsibilities
Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Financial Consultants
Drive sales performance, productivity, and quality standards
Coach and develop team leaders and future managers
Manage branch performance (P&L β profit and loss accountability )
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Represent IWA in business, corporate, and community initiatives
