Duties and Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of the branch's monthly sales target (profitability)
• Utilize operating expense NMT
• Monitor branch's budget and stock availability
• Achieve stock return NMT (retail products)
• Achieve stock return NMT (high‑end products)
• Creates report on new patient count per year
• Creates report on total patient count per year
• Creates report on patient spending capacity per month
• Creates report on patient satisfaction survey rate per month
• Conduct employee evaluation
• Make stock requests twice a month
• Stock delivery and inventory management
• Business compliance, govt mandatory mall policy and guidelines
• Conduct monthly alignment meetings with consultants and resident doctors
• Conduct weekly alignment meetings with branch staff
• Gap analysis for not hitting the target
