Duties and Responsibilities:

- Overall in charge of the branch's monthly sales target (profitability)

- Utilize operating expense NMT

- Monitors Branch’s budget and stock availability

- Achieve stock return NMT (retail products)

- Achieve stock return NMT (High-end products)

- Creates report on new patient count per year

- Creates report on total patient count per year

- Creates report on patient spending capacity per month

- Creates report on patient satisfaction survey rate per month

- Conducts employee evaluation

- Make stock requests twice a month

- Stock delivery and inventory management

- Business compliance, govt mandatory mall policy and guidelines

- Conducts monthly alignment meetings with consultants and resident doctors

- Conducts weekly alignment meetings with the branch’s staff

- GAP analysis for not hitting the target
