This role carries full responsibility for branch profitability, sales growth, operational excellence, and team leadership. As Branch Manager, you will oversee and develop teams across inside sales, customer service, project management, estimating, warehouse, and transportation. You will drive revenue growth and market share among municipal, commercial, and residential contractors, while maintaining best-in-class customer service and operational discipline.
