Responsibilities
- Processing of Monthly Workplan/Revolving Fund Replenishment of Area Managers
- Processing of AM travels during meetings and activities, including travel forms/cash advances, bookings, and accommodations
- Format and manipulate data within BAR and POD templates according to specific requirements
- Reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of any Business course
- With at least 2 years of Admin and Office Coordination experience
- Working knowledge of basic administrative, finance, and accounting principles
- Well organized and systematic in following work procedures
- Effective communication and customer relations skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
