Position Overview

Branch Operations Specialist (BOS)

This role supports varied and complex business processes to support sales and branch operations. Responsibilities include handling customer contracts, billing, invoicing, inventory management, and resolving administrative and contractual issues.

Responsibilities

  • Perform non‑routine complex tasks such as purchase orders, contracts, inventory management, and preparation of repair/rental/PMA quotations.
  • Create orders for quoted jobs or installations within STEEB and later SAP, with increasing complexity and minor project management.
  • Locate and coordinate equipment into and from the branch as required.
  • Coordinate warranty for repairs.
  • Record training requirements for the team.
  • Document complex tasks into process flows and build processes to address unique customer problems.
