Position Overview
Job Functions:
β’ Develop and execute agent sourcing and recruitment strategies through advertising, networking, referrals,
job fairs, community events, and online campaigns to attract qualified candidates from target talent pools.
β’ Screen and evaluate applicants through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified
candidates aligned with role requirements and organizational values.
β’ Lead the onboarding and activation of new agents by coordinating training, orientation, resources, and
support to ensure readiness and effective representation of the organization.
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with agents by providing ongoing support, guidance, and issue
resolution to drive engagement, collaboration, and performance.
