Branch Supervisor / Future Branch Manager

Our Retail and Customer Service industry client is looking for a dynamic Branch Supervisor and/or future Branch Manager for a national retail/products company (technical/engineering/electrical/building construction décor and accessories material). Huge growth opportunity reporting to the Coastal Regional Manager.

Salary: Basic up to R 30 000 plus incentives on sales targets and provident fund.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Matric and/or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
3. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
4. Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices, including inventory management and customer service.
