Job Description
- A Branch Supervisor oversees daily operations at a branch location, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to company policies. They manage a team, handle administrative tasks, monitor performance, resolve customer issues, and ensure branch targets are met.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of branch operations and financial products (if applicable)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools
