As a Branch Supervisor, you will build new and strengthen existing customer relationships by promoting the Company's products and services to maximize sales and gross margin.

In this role you will:

+ Develop and maintain counter area through effective inventory management and strategic product placement
+ Ensure customer service commensurate with market requirements and Company's customer service policy
+ Achieve market penetration to meet branch, district, and Company objectives
+ Provide or establish training plan for all employees at location
+ Schedule, plan, and implement promotional activities in conjunction with suppliers.

What you bring to the table:
