Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Requirements (Job Description):

• Report to the branch manager.
• Oversee that the sales area, offices, store facilities, kitchen, and ablutions are kept clean and attractive.
• Answer telephones and assist customers and suppliers during sales calls and purchases.
• Notify management of any equipment failure or maintenance issues.
• Order and maintain office supplies and sales catalogues.
• Maintain a file system for necessary documentation.
• Setup meeting agendas and take notes of discussions and resolutions.
• Manage petty cash and monitor cash income and expenses.
• Open the branch in the morning and lock up in the evening.
