At Formula Rapida, we’re looking for a proactive, fast and creative person to join our team as Brand & Content Manager.

This role is ideal for someone who understands content, social media and branding, but who can also perform in the real world of motorsport: fast-paced environments, race weekends, tight deadlines and the need to deliver with consistency.

What would this person do?

• Support the communication and content execution of our clients on a daily basis
• Attend selected race weekends to create photo and video content
• Help cover events that overlap with the CEO’s schedule
• Organise, select and deliver content efficiently after race weekends
• Support social media execution, posting flow and content planning
• Work on branding, content ideas and communication needs for racing drivers and teams
• Assist with back-office content tasks and day-to-day coordination
