The role is responsible for maximizing the potential of the AstraZeneca therapeutic portfolio through professional and successful working relationships with internal and external customers. Duties include managing promotion, pricing, and positioning of products in the relevant therapeutic portfolio; pre- and post-launch strategy; development of a disease area vision and strategy; and effective resource allocation in order to optimize sales and profits. The Brand Manager strategizes, writes, and implements the marketing plan for the brand.
