As a Brand Manager for AirAsia Next, you are a rare hybrid: a highly capable strategic thinker and a relentless doer. You will act as the brand builder for the brands and portfolios we own. You are responsible for the intellectual brain work—the deep research, strategic positioning and brand foundations—while possessing the agile project management grit to bring these blueprints to life.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Brand Development: Conduct deep‑diving brand and market analysis, identify opportunities and co‑author foundational brand strategies (positioning, value proposition, brand architecture) for brands and portfolios we own.
- Portfolio Management: Act as Brand Partner for a diverse portfolio of businesses; champion brand‑led thinking and provide high‑level counsel to ensure all initiatives resonate with the Group’s overarching trajectory.
