Position Overview

This role will act as the local business owner for assigned Korean brands, translating brand directions and product assets from Korea into effective local marketing plans and measurable sales growth.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Manage the local business performance of assigned Korean beauty brands in the Philippines.
  2. Plan and execute local marketing activities across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, social media, influencer/KOL, affiliate, livestream, and offline channels.
  3. Work with E-commerce teams on platform campaigns, product listings, PDP optimization, bundles, vouchers, pricing, livestream support, and traffic plans.
  4. Track sales, product performance, channel performance, marketing spend, campaign results, stock status, and profitability.
  5. Manage local product portfolio performance, including hero SKUs, new launches, growth products, and slow-moving SKUs.
