Converse is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Hamilton outlet who will lead daily retail operations and uphold brand standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit and coach the team, manage rosters (Sunday to Thursday), drive sales, build relationships with customers, and represent the brand with energy and integrity.
