The Reserve is seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day breakfast service, ensuring high standards of customer service, food presentation, cleanliness and efficiency to give guests a memorable start to their day.

You will supervise the breakfast team, coordinate service with the kitchen, train and support staff, and manage rotas while maintaining hygiene and safety regulations. Flexibility for early shifts, weekends and public holidays is required.
