About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and highly-motivated Bridal Consultant to provide exceptional service and styling expertise to brides-to-be. You will guide clients through the journey of selecting their bridal gown and accessories ensuring a personalized memorable experience and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage brides-to-be and their guests in the boutique create a warm professional atmosphere and build rapport from the first appointment.

Conduct detailed consultations: understand the brides vision style preferences body shape budget and timeline.

Present and recommend bridal gowns veils accessories and customise options tailoring suggestions to each individuals style and requirements.

Assist in managing the fitting and alteration process: schedule appointments liaise with the tailor/atelier track progress ensure timelines and quality are met.
