• Has a decent understanding of system development designs
• Knows how to convert client specifications to well defined, and understandable system specifications
• Knowledge in Japanese Language is an advantage
• 1 year up experience

Responsibilities:

• He/She will assist in ensuring that each member delegated to her is able to achieve his/her assigned targets.
• He/She will be responsible for understanding a project's target and ensuring that said goals areproperly disseminated to the project's members.
• He/She will be included in the basic design of system documentation, consultation, and ensuring that all parties involved are well informed.
• He/she will be a contact point between the offshore and onshore development teams.
