The Assistant, Bridges and Structures (B&S)Foreperson works for Bridges and Structures Group. In the absence of the B&S
Foreperson, the incumbent is required to perform the Foreman’s duties,
including leading employees, tracking protection, overseeing equipment and
tools, and ordering material for various types of work.

Collaborate with teams in the Seniority TerritoryLead, guide, and direct other employeesInterpret drawingsLayout work ahead of the teamPrepare cost estimates and make sketchesPerform administrative work such as preparing daily work reportsWorking Conditions
The role is performed in an outdoor environment in various types of weather conditions and is a safety-sensitive environment with heavy moving equipment and noisy surroundingsThe role must be capable of working in various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
