MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural Diploma/Degree specialising in poultry & poultry production, advantageous Experience working in agriculture (livestock) Experience working with Broiler chickens Professional verbal and written communication skills Basic Xhosa and Afrikaans 4-5 years’ experience in the poultry farming industry 2-3 years’ experience managing a team TRAINING IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE One-year on-the-job training Leadership skills training Disciplinary code training ATTRIBUTES Patient Hardworking Reliable Self-motivated Ability to work under pressure Good time management skills Trustworthy Developed organizational skills Hands-on Focused Decisive Firm but fair Accurate Attention to detail
