Broker Process Specialist – Investment Products (COO Domain)

At ING, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Broker Process Specialist to join our Investment team within the Products Tribe. The role focuses on developing and controlling brokerage processes, ensuring efficient end‑to‑end customer journey from acquisition to daily operations, and delivering superior customer experience in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of brokerage processes from an end‑to‑end perspective, covering IT systems, transaction functionality, KPI measurement, process tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Define and execute a long‑term strategy for transforming investment product processes through the integration of new technologies such as AI tools, ensuring increased efficiency, scalability, and market differentiation.
• Ensure maximum customer protection and compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., CNMV).
