Our Club Travel team is looking for a Junior BSP Refunds Administrator to join the team!
About the Role
As a Junior BSP Refunds Administrator, you will process refunds and EMD refunds as requested by consultants. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

(This role is planned to be based in Century City)
Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Processing refunds on BSP Link and the GDS system daily.
Ensuring accurate refund values to minimize ADMs resulting from errors.
Applying the correct cancellation penalties to each refund.
Issuing credit notes for processed refunds.
Responding to refund queries submitted via the ​Ourweb within 24 hours.
Following up on refunds submitted via BSP Link ​.
Providing support to the BSP Department as​ and when required.
