Summary Serves as the Budget Analyst for HAS. Performs specialized budgetary functions and related activities pertaining to HAS. Functions for Atlanta Health Administration Service contracts, Beneficiary Travel and all other obligations and funding management. Develops, formulates, and provides all essential data for the annual budget forecast, based on studies of past expenditures, knowledge of Health Administration Service requirements, plans and workload forecasts. Maintains budget control authority and establishes internal methods of control to ensure that funds are used according to operating plan.
